Admission Criteria

Admission is based on seat availability and performance in the entrance test.
Parents and students must attend an interview before final admission confirmation.
Preference is given to siblings of current students.

Age & Class Eligibility

At Drakken, we believe that age is just a number.
The class placement will be based entirely on the student's performance in the admission test, not on their age. We have a 9-year-old enrolled in O-Levels and another 9-year-old in Grade 1.

Two Passport Size Pictures (Attach two recent photographs)
Academic Reports (Attach reports for the last two years)
School Leaving Certificate (Attach if applicable)
Blood Group Report (From a certified doctor, approved by Shaukat Khanum Hospital)
Medical Information (Details of any allergies/conditions and prescribed medication)
National ID Card / Passport of Parents or Guardian (Attach copies of both parents/guardian)
Eye Sight Report (From a registered optometrist/ophthalmologist; annual submission)
School Rule Book (Signed copy required)
Uniform Guideline Acknowledgement(Confirmed acknowledgment required)
Riding Consent Form (Completed and signed, if applicable)

Admission Procedure

Before completing the admission form, please select the admission date and grade level carefully after reviewing the Admission Syllabus . At Drakken, students complete O-Levels by Grade 9, which means the curriculum for earlier grades follows our unique academic structure rather than the conventional one.
Submit the completed form via email to admissions@drakken.edu.pk or WhatsApp at 0300-8888651.
Once you submit the form with your selected date and class, a roll number will be generated for your child. This procedure applies to Kindergarten through Grade 7 . Please note that we do not offer admissions directly into O-Levels .
For Stage-0 to Stage-4 , admissions are open throughout the year, but strictly by appointment only. Simply submit the form, and an appointment date along with a roll number will be assigned to you.
To schedule an admission test date, parents must pay a non-refundable fee of 5,000 PKR per child, either online or in cash at the reception.
The admission test and interview will be held on the given date only. If missed, the process must be repeated from the beginning.
The admission test will be conducted between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m . Please note that parents are not permitted to remain on campus during the test. The result will be announed within one week of the admission test date.
Successful candidates will be notified of their interview date. Both students and parents will be interviewed by the Principal. Students who are granted admission will join Drakken at the beginning of the following month.

Note: Walk-in visitors will not be entertained. Orientation will be provided once the admission is finalized.

Important Points

The academic year starts in April. Fees are charged for a full 12-month cycle.
Admission is strictly subject to seat availability, and the school reserves the right to refuse admission without explanation. In cases where no seats are available, students who pass the admission test and pay the admission fee will be placed on a waiting list. This ensures a fair and structured admission process, prioritizing merit and compliance with school policies.
The school reserves the right to increase registration, tuition, boarding, and other fees without prior notice or consent.
No sibling discount is offered, regardless of the number of siblings enrolled.
The school holds complete authority over the syllabus, curriculum, textbooks, and educational materials.Parental consent is not required for any changes.
The school may revise its policies and SOPs at any time without parental approval.
The school reserves the right to accept or reject admission applications without providing a reason.

Note: Drakken reserves the right to refuse or cancel admission in case of non-cooperation from parents.
