English

• Words: CVC words, Digraphs (wh, ph, ow, ou), details of Vowel team, Bossy R Rule ( ar, er, ir, or, ur) , initial 3 consonant blends like (str, spl, spr, squ ), ending consonant blends ( ft, mp, ng, nd , st, nk , nd, lt, ed ), C and K rule; Split vowels concepts.
  
• Reading: 20 to 30 words per minute.
  
• Sentences: Use of this and that, these and those, Use of is, am, are. Candidates’ understanding of basic rules for grammar and punctuation will be tested through: Use of a capital letter for the start of their own name and at the beginning of a sentence; construction of very simple sentences (e.g. 4-5 words); appreciation that a full stop ends a sentence.Prepositions of place (in, on, under).
  
• Dictation: 4-5-letter words or 2-syllable words.
  
• Speaking: 30 to 40 seconds speaking on any general topic like My family, My self, My routine etc and able to describe the given picture in simple sentences.
  
• Listening: Able to watch and comprehend 2:30- 3 minutes videos and answer related questions.
  

Mathematics

• Whole Number: Count, name and write the numbers 20-100 inclusive; know which number comes before a given number, between two given numbers, after a given number; 2-digit addition and subtraction without regrouping, Fact Family, 2-digits place value in detail (ones, tens), Counting in numbers & words 20-100. Skip counting (forward & backwards) till 10, Compare the 2 digit numbers (<, > or =); Ordering (ascending/descending) of 2 digit numbers. Even & odd numbers till 99.
  
• Place Value: Counting in words till 99, Place value of hundred tens and ones, Compare the 2 digit numbers (<, > or =); ,Ordering (ascending/descending) of 2 digit numbers.
  
• Tables: 6 till 11.
  
• Shapes: Spelling, sides and corners of 2D shapes " Rectangle, Triangle, Hexagon, Pentagon and oval".

Urdu

• پڑھائی: 15 سے 20 الفاظ ایک منٹ میں بصری الفاظ تصور , املا اور پڑھائی (میں، میرا، میری، میرے) ، رنگوں کے نام ،پھلوں کے نام ، دنوں کے نام دو چشمی 'ھ' کا تعارف اور الفاظ سازی مثلاً (بھ ، جھ ، جھیل ، کھیل) ،واحد ، جمع( "ہ " ہٹا کے "ے" لگانا) بچہ سے بچے، مذکر مونث ( حقیقی مثلا امی ، ابو ، بھائی بہن وغیرہ)لفظی اور ہندسی گنتی (1 تا 15)، الفاظ سازی ( بامعنی اور بے معنی مثلا تل ، پلٹ ، چمکنا)

• Detailed Greetings and Personal Information – Introduction using full sentences for greetings, name, age, class, etc.
  
• Good Touch and Bad Touch– Understanding personal safety through age-appropriate, respectful conversations.
  
• Personal Cleanliness and Hygiene – Understanding and practicing daily hygiene routines.
  
• Living and Non-Living Things – Differentiating between things that grow and move versus those that do not .
