STEM Education
At Drakken, we empower young minds to explore, innovate, and excel through our comprehensive STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) program.
- Science: Hands-on experiments spark curiosity and deepen understanding of the natural world.
- Technology: Students master essential tools like MS Office, Canva, video editing, and programming languages such as Python and C++.
- Engineering: From designing models to solving real-world problems, our learners embrace creativity and critical thinking.
- Mathematics: Practical applications make math engaging, fostering logical reasoning and analytical skills.
Our STEM curriculum prepares students for the challenges of tomorrow, ensuring they become leaders in the digital and scientific age.

Practical Skills
Students are trained in practical and essential skills, including:
- Computer proficiency
- STEM subjects
- Public speaking and communication
- Quran reading and recitation
- Basic life skills
We emphasize the importance of technology in education. Our computer lab enhances student learning, supported by video tutorials and hands-on assessments to encourage self-directed, independent thinking.

Public Speaking
Public speaking involves inspiring, informing, or persuading through presentations. Monthly topics are set by the School and students are prepared daily, with performance recorded and shared with parents.
- Sessions are held in classrooms or halls depending on grade.
- Students speak at least once a month in assemblies.
- Topics are covered in English.
This builds confidence, clarity, and a visionary mindset—helping students become effective communicators and future leaders.

Practical Life Skills
Mock interviews develop confidence, formal behavior, and communication skills. We emphasize:
- Interview techniques
- Proper dressing and body language
- Real-world preparation beyond academics
We ensure students gain both conceptual clarity and life-readiness.

Quran Skills
Quranic education is integrated from Kindergarten to Grade 5, including:
- Recitation with proper Tajweed
- Understanding verses and building a spiritual connection
- Zuhr prayers: Boys in mosque, girls in designated space
This holistic approach strengthens both academic and spiritual growth.

Computer Skills
Technology is at the core of our wider curriculum. Students build strong computing skills through:
- Typing and digital citizenship
- Google Suite
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Canva and video editing tools
- Web Development
- Programming in Scratch, Python, and C++
We also support self-paced learning through video tutorials and project-based tasks. Students are assessed with practical activities and real-world challenges to ensure deep understanding and readiness for the digital age.
