Teaching Style

20

Drakken has left the traditional classroom far away by re inventing the teaching style. We have molded our classrooms into FLIPPED CLASSROOMS. This means the focus is on inclusive learning. The main goal of a flipped classroom is to enhance student learning and achievement by reversing the traditional model of a classroom, focusing class time on student understanding rather than on lecture. To accomplish this, teachers plan interactive lectures for students. This allows class time to be devoted to expanding on and mastering the material through collaborative learning exercises, projects, and discussions.
We have handed over our classrooms to students to enhance learning through collaboration. For Early Year as well, teaching is based on activities like storytelling, video lectures, and role playing. This boosts a student’s grasp over languages from the beginning.
Our teachers undergo Drakken Teachers Certification (DTC)  in order to be ready to perform optimally in classrooms. DTC is a comprehensive training program in which teaching staff learn teaching ideas and strategies, assessing personalities and how to deal with each student according to their personalities.
